When do hosts get paid?

Host earnings are released after each completed session and paid out directly to your linked bank account — no need to manually request payment or wait for a monthly cycle.

Standard payout timing

Once a session is marked complete, payouts are typically processed within 3 business days via ACH bank transfer. You'll see the pending amount reflected in your Earnings dashboard immediately after the session ends, even before the funds fully settle in your account.

How to get paid faster

Hosts who take a quick photo of the vehicle and charging setup at the end of a session — confirming the session wrapped up as expected — are eligible to receive their payout up to 3 days earlier than the standard timeline. This small extra step helps our system verify sessions faster and speeds up your payout processing.

Setting up your payout account

Before you can receive payouts, you'll need to link a bank account from the Account → Payout Settings screen. This is a one-time setup step required during host onboarding, and you can update your linked account at any time if it changes.

Tracking your earnings

Your Earnings dashboard shows a running history of every completed session, the gross amount earned, the platform fee deducted, and your net payout — giving you full transparency into where your money comes from and when it lands in your account. If a payout looks delayed

Bank transfer times can occasionally vary slightly depending on your bank's own processing speed, even after EzChargez has initiated the payout. If a payout hasn't arrived a few days past the expected window, check your linked account details are correct under Payout Settings, and reach out to Contact Support if everything looks right but the funds still haven't landed.
