Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the EzChargez app and platform as either a driver or a host.

Accounts: you must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Bookings and payments: all session bookings and payments are processed through the app as described in our Help Center. Cancellation and refund policies apply as outlined in our cancellation and refund articles.

Host responsibilities: hosts are responsible for maintaining safe, functioning charging equipment and accurate listing information.

Conduct: users must not misuse the platform, misrepresent their identity, or violate applicable laws. Violations may result in account suspension.
