Forgetting a password happens to everyone — resetting yours on EzChargez only takes a minute.
How to reset your password
- On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?"
- Enter the email address linked to your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset link — it's valid for 30 minutes
- Tap the link, choose a new password, and sign in
If the email doesn't arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first — reset emails occasionally get filtered there. Make sure you're checking the exact email address on file for your account; if you're not sure which one that is, try the email you originally signed up with. Still nothing after a few minutes? Return to the sign-in screen and tap "Resend link" to generate a new one.
What happens after you reset
For security, resetting your password automatically signs you out of all devices where you were previously logged in. You'll need to sign in again everywhere using your new password. Your reservations, host listings, payment methods, and history are all preserved — a password reset never affects your account data.
Choosing a strong password
We recommend a password that's at least 10 characters and mixes letters, numbers, and a symbol. Avoid reusing a password from another site. If you use a password manager, this is a great time to generate and save a unique one.
